Senior Property ManagerGeraldine is passionate about all aspects of Property and its asset lifecycle. She has dedicated herself in continuous study and qualifications relating to property and real estate. She holds a bachelor’s in Property and Real Estate majoring in Sustainability at Deakin University and is a Greenstar Associate and is working on becoming a Greenstar Accredited Professional with the Green Building Council of Australia. Her degree has enabled her to gain accreditation in the Australian Property Institute and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Geraldine keeps up to date on the property market and current property trends. She is an experienced and dedicated Senior Property Manager having worked on private and government portfolios consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail asset management. Having worked a long side some of Sydney’s larger and boutique agencies and directly with the landlord on Iconic destinations and buildings around Australia.
Geraldine treats each property individually as she understands each property has its own unique offering. Her aim is to ensure that the landlord and the tenant are both satisfied with the property and its function to generate a positive and thriving business.
Facilities ManagerA Senior Facilities Manager with a unique focus on customer service and process improvement, as well as possessing a strong foundation in hard and soft building services management. Martyn also draws on his earlier acquired skills of team work, professionalism and respect from his time in the Australian Air Force and customer service and integrity from the Customer focused environment of Optus. Martyn has varied experience across numerous commercial properties (A grade thru C grade and new build thru to Heritage properties) and is genuinely invested in his building, building owners, tenants and contractors and forges very functional and trustworthy relationships with all. Martyn also has previous team management experience and successfully ran, trained and mentored a team of 9 FM’s across 40 properties.
As a Facilities Manager Martyn has overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the property, including tenant liaison, fit-out management / co-ordination, daily management of subcontractors, budgets development and maintenance, building R&M and daily interactions with owners and clients across all levels. As the ears and eyes on the ground, Martyn works as an extension to the owners brand and deliver superior customer service to all tenants.
