A Senior Facilities Manager with a unique focus on customer service and process improvement, as well as possessing a strong foundation in hard and soft building services management. Martyn also draws on his earlier acquired skills of team work, professionalism and respect from his time in the Australian Air Force and customer service and integrity from the Customer focused environment of Optus. Martyn has varied experience across numerous commercial properties (A grade thru C grade and new build thru to Heritage properties) and is genuinely invested in his building, building owners, tenants and contractors and forges very functional and trustworthy relationships with all. Martyn also has previous team management experience and successfully ran, trained and mentored a team of 9 FM’s across 40 properties.

As a Facilities Manager Martyn has overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the property, including tenant liaison, fit-out management / co-ordination, daily management of subcontractors, budgets development and maintenance, building R&M  and daily interactions with owners and clients across all levels. As the ears and eyes on the ground, Martyn works as an extension to the owners brand and deliver superior customer service to all tenants.
